Black Garlic Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Black garlic is a tremendously rich and decadent flabor. Sweet and caramel-like in nature, this balsamic is lighter in garlic flavor but heavy with umami (savory) goodness. This would be a great steak marinade or as a rich topping for crostini. It would be a delicious sauce for chicken-fried steak. Try pairing with our Italian Umbria EVOO.
