Cranberry Orange

The combination of cranberry orange and Modena balsamic vinegar results in a sweetly sour flavor. Excellent for glazing vegetables, and a perfect butter replacement for baked sweet potatoes. Set it out alongside cheese and fruit trays for a change to dessert.
